Can't summon

The quest tells me to summon something, but I can't. I did it before, it was my first playthrough, but I can't anymore. I've also tried to make a new character but when I press Start Game, it remains as my first character. If there is a fix, tell me, if not, I'm just putting it out there that this happens

That is very uncommon, but this issue will be fixed forever in the next build anyway. Try to restart the game. This bug mustn't appear again.
